Returns

Due to the nature of pet treats and food safety considerations, returns are not accepted on opened products. If your product arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue.

Refunds or Replacements

If a product arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us with a description and photo of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before confirming. Once an order has been prepared or fulfilled, changes may not be possible.

Custom Orders

Custom items such as pupcakes or special orders are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for your order.
